Please accept my apologizes for having been absent. Finding out that when nearing the end of chemo, you may feel a bit tired or even depressed due to relief and realization that what you have been thru is really tough and scarey. Even for the PWGs.

Please Ladies (and gentlemen) think about what you put into your mouth and body!!!!
As a girl who used tanning beds, was bulimic, partied in my 20s and definitely did not take good enough care of myself, I beg you to take this advice seriously!!!!!
Much love,

Does Drinking Increase Your Risk?
A study has found that women who drink three to six alcoholic beverages a week have an increased risk for developing breast cancer. Dr. Holly Phillips suggests that women moderate their alcohol intake, and to take care of themselves in other ways like eating right and exercising in order to keep yourself healthy.

Today's message Blessings
Good Morning all PWG followers. Today I am meeting one of my PWG Sisters to take a walk with our dogs. During Chemo, we are not allowed to exercise, other than walking. Dogs are such a blessing on so many levels.
First, they offer unconditional love while they allow us to be adopted or selected by them. Next, they give us a reason to get out of bed, even when we do not feel like it. Most importantly, they are extremely sensitive to us. My beautiful Mischou (the maltipoo) used to lay with her head between my breasts and cuddle. Last December, she started to gently place her head on my right breast. That was where they removed my cancer. I would be remiss if I did not mention that my adorable Chewy (the yorkie) follows me everywhere in the house with a puppy smile eager to please.
Today, I am grateful to my legged children for all the love they offer me. For all of you with smart phones there is a free pedometer app called NOOM. It does not require data usage to work. 2000 footsteps equal one mile.
